Chiropractic & Soft Tissue

Chiropractic is a drugless, non-surgical form of alternative healthcare.

It focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders using manual adjustment, manipulation and mobilisation of joints in the body. The aim of Chiropractic is to reduce pain, improve joint and nervous system function but to also educate patients on how they can improve there own health and wellbeing via exercise, stretching and other therapies.

A Chiropractic Treatment can reduce pressure on sensitive nerves and tissue which allows nerves to function freely and correctly decreasing associated neurological pain and disfunction. It can also help with joint restrictions that can effect any joint in any direction, this will allow joints to work effectively and efficiently avoiding compensation and overuse of other joints structures.

Chiropractic is a regulated profession in the UK that is governed by the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). For more information visit www.gcc-uk.org.
